Haute cuisine - unique location and culinary delights

Not only is the location exceptional, the hotel also impresses with its culinary delights. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Michelin star in 2020. The team impresses with modern cuisine as a "reinterpretation of the tried and tested".

The same leitmotif is also reflected in the design of the hotel. The unique sense of space with lots of charm, coziness and elegant design creates a unique atmosphere.

Freestanding bathtubs with spectacular views

17 rooms and suites are designed with great attention to detail. Each room is unique and has its own charm. In the "Ludwigstraumsuite" room, for example, you can gaze at the starry sky over the Alps from your bed. The "Castle View Suite" is a highlight: here you can enjoy a bath with a view of Neuschwanstein Castle in the free-standing Luv tub. "We were immediately impressed by the Luv bath - both visually and haptically. As a high-quality freestanding bath, it fits perfectly into the living space and offers our guests the perfect feel-good experience," describes hotelier Simon Schlachter. Designed by Cecilie Manz, the bathtub impresses with its surprisingly velvety feel. The DuroCast® material allows for an amazingly thin bathtub rim and a spacious interior at the same time.

Each of the 17 rooms is individually designed, featuring natural materials, calming colors, and plenty of natural light. As a boutique hotel, we can truly focus on each individual guest. Our goal is to be a counterpoint to the fast pace of modern life.

Highest requirements in the hotel industry

The family-run company renovated the hotel in spring 2022. The boutique hotel relied on Duravit products for the renovation. "As hotel operators, we attach great importance to exclusive design and durability. Bathroom products have to look good, no question, but of course they also have to meet the highest standards of hygiene and ease of care."

Organic countertop basins, elegant fittings

White Tulip combines these requirements. With an extravagant design by designer Philippe Starck, the countertop basins in the range give the washbasin a unique look, with a shape based on the silhouette of a blossoming tulip. The innovative DuraCeram® material enables delicate shapes with extremely thin walls - hygienic, easy to clean and extremely robust, abrasion and scratch resistant.
In addition, C.1 faucets with their elegant look and design by Kurt Merki Jr. blend harmoniously into the high-quality interior. With their unpretentious simplicity, C.1 fittings characterize the room and form the perfect synthesis with the sink and bathtub.
