Processing of reports (in particular under the Whistleblower Protection and Supply Chain Due Diligence Acts):
Receipt of the report will be confirmed.
Reports will be treated with a high priority. The duration of the processing depends on the extent of the violation or the reported facts. Processing may take some time. However, Duravit AG endeavors to process each report as quickly as possible.
Basic principles for submitting information and processing reports at Duravit AG:
Duravit AG and its subsidiaries (hereinafter "Duravit") do not tolerate corruption, money laundering or violations of competition law. Furthermore, Duravit does not tolerate any violations of applicable law. However, if violations occur within the company or within the supply chain, we will respond consistently. We require our suppliers to comply with our Code of Conduct for compliance with applicable law. As a company, we attach great importance to our suppliers and business partners respecting and applying these principles.

Discrimination against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.Duravit is committed to protecting whistleblowers to the best of its ability in accordance with applicable law. To this end, anonymous reports are possible if they do not conflict with applicable law.
