Deliberately reduced to three materials, the exterior façade is stylish and modern. In addition to the elegant dark stone slabs and exposed concrete, the exterior view is characterized by dark wooden struts, which are both decorative and provide privacy.
The perfectly coordinated color palette on the outside is continued on the inside. Stone surfaces in marble and granite, partly accentuated with fine bronze threads, are accompanied by natural oak.
Upon entering the residence, the clearly divided living and living areas become apparent.
The basement is devoted entirely to leisure activities and offers a home cinema and a games room with a pool table, among other things.
The ground floor with its spacious living and dining area and open kitchen emphasizes convivial family life and, with its modern office, offers opportunities for retreat for a concentrated working day. The indoor pool in the middle of the ground floor is an extraordinary eye-catcher.
On the upper floor, residents can pursue their hobbies. A small fitness studio and a sewing room have been set up for this purpose. In addition, Residence Victoria has three bedrooms, a dressing room, several bathrooms and two children's rooms with a lounge.
The bathrooms adjoining the bedrooms and children's rooms are equipped with Duravit products. DuraStyle wall-hung WCs and semi-recessed DuraStyle wash bowls harmonize with the linear and modern furnishings.
The calm design language creates a retreat with many possibilities – a comfortable and cozy home. The house was designed so that its residents can enjoy the functionality and improve their quality of life through the pleasant and spacious atmosphere.
