Kapama Karula means “place of peace”, which is the guiding principle underlying this luxury accommodation. As part of the Greater Krüger National Park the facility lives up to its name as a sanctuary of peace and tranquillity between the game reserve and Drakensberg to the north. The national park is the natural habitat of over forty mammals, including elephants, lions, buffalo and rhinos, as well as more than 350 species of birds.
It is an ideal destination for safaris, bush treks or balloon flights. The hotel complex itself is a haven of serenity. The wellness centre offers not only traditional cosmetic services but also typically African treatments such as rungu massage. There is also an infinity pool and a gym. The twelve 90 m² Superior Suites are luxuriously appointed, and the bedrooms have large en-suite bathrooms, where Duravit products from the Vero and Starck 3 ranges offer the last word in comfort and convenience.
