The complex houses 78 apartments, over 50 stores, around ten restaurants – and a hotel: the Radisson Blu Hotel Mannheim. The 4-star hotel has a total of 229 rooms, with 13 apartments and ten suites – including a presidential suite.

The bathrooms are separated from the sleeping area by a simple glass wall, creating a generous sense of space in the room.The bathroom fittings include wall-mounted toilets from the Darling New bathroom series and - depending on the room category - bathtubs from the Vero series. In the washing areas, tailor-made bathroom furniture from Duravit has been combined either with Vero above-counter basins or Starck 3 built-in washbasins. The “f-bonded” technology allows for flush-fitting and seamless combination with the furniture consoles.
