Whether adventurous nature activities, entertaining children's programs or absolute relaxation in the spa - at the Falkensteiner Montafon everyone gets their money's worth. The hotel is even climate-neutral. This sustainable approach is also reflected in the interior design by Vudafieri-Saverino Partners. Accordingly, the architecture firm based in Milan and Shanghai opted for durable designer products from complete bathroom provider Duravit in the rooms and suites.

Pure alpine flair

The hotel extends over four floors and has 123 rooms and suites spread over the top three floors. White plaster, natural wood and a warm autumnal color palette create a cozy ambience, while large panoramic windows bring the alpine flair into the room and create a spectacular backdrop. Thanks to the open design, the view can be enjoyed throughout the room, even in the bathroom. For the best possible comfort, the bathrooms are equipped with high-quality bathroom ceramics from Duravit. The timeless white built-in basins from the D-Code series and the wall-hung WCs from the D-Neo series complement the cozy furnishings and give the bathroom a sophisticated look.

Montafoner Charme

From the upper floors, the striking main staircase leads down to the communal areas on the first floor, where the lobby, bar, swimming pool, spa and restaurant are located. In homage to the traditional architecture of the region, the main materials used are stone, larch and spruce wood. In addition, the rural ambience is emphasized by the skilful use of regional references as decorative elements. In the restaurant, for example, the barn fences typical of the region serve as room dividers.

Acting sustainably, having a climate-neutral impact

The hotel is particularly concerned about the sustainable use of resources and energy: electricity is sourced exclusively from the nearby hydroelectric power plant. In addition, great importance is attached to sourcing regional organic products, short supply chains and consistent recycling. Thanks to these measures and the cooperation with turn to zero, the Falkensteiner Montafon is able to operate in a completely climate-neutral manner.
