The application process at Duravit
Are you interested in joining our team, or have you already sent your application? Then read on to find out what happens next. Our standard application process consists of six steps:
1. Submission of application documents via our online portal
Simply upload your resume and, if available, relevant references and cover letters, and enter your personal contact details.
2. Confirmation of receipt of application
You will receive an automatic confirmation from us as soon as we receive your application. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact Liane Rapp (liane.rapp@duravit.de / +49 783370 639).
3. Getting to know each other
Our first meeting will take place digitally via Microsoft Teams and will last approximately 30-45 minutes. Here you will get to know your contact persons in the specialist and human resources departments.
4. Invitation to the second meeting
We invite you to visit us at our premises so that we can get to know you personally. This will also give you the opportunity to get an impression of your future workplace.
5. Discussion of contract details
If we are both satisfied, we will discuss the details of your contract with you.
6. Receipt of the contract
We would like to work with you and will send you the contract. We look forward to a successful collaboration!
