What you can expect from your training

In good hands right from the start

You will become part of a professional team that will support you from your introductory week through to your successful graduation. You can rely on the support of your training supervisor for each department as well as your personal trainee buddy, whom you will meet before the introductory week. Buddies are trainees or dual students from a higher year of study. They have the right answers to your questions and can give you valuable tips.

Strong brand, strong training

You can expect intensive training with internal company instruction, fundamental seminars, and the opportunity to take on your own projects. You will work in various departments and get to know Duravit from all possible perspectives and in all areas. Depending on your chosen profession, you will also hone your technical skills in our training workshop in Schenkenzell or have the opportunity to broaden your horizons early on through a stay abroad.

After training comes further training

If you demonstrate the right aptitude and performance, we will offer you a permanent position in our company after you successfully complete your final exam. This is where your journey really begins. Dual study program

Would you like to study after graduating from high school or technical college and gain valuable professional experience at the same time? Flexible working hours, which allow you to start later or leave earlier, create an optimal balance between your work, college, and free time. To ensure that you have enough time to prepare for your final exams, you will receive additional days off in addition to 30 vacation days per year.

Integrated training concept

We want you to progress right from the start and learn as much as possible during your training. To this end, we have created a comprehensive and proven training program that will guide you in a consistent and structured manner until you graduate and are successfully hired.

Good opportunity for permanent employment

If your performance is satisfactory and you successfully complete the program, we will generally offer you a permanent employment contract. You would not be the first young professional to have worked their way up from an entry-level position to a management position at Duravit or to have spent several years working abroad after completing the program.

Your student internship

A student internship at Duravit offers you the best opportunity to get to know us before you graduate. The internship lasts approximately one week. You will gain a wide range of insights into the areas that interest you most.
