SensoWash® warranty
Duravit offers an extended warranty on all SensoWash® products. To register for this warranty, please complete the following form. You will receive your warranty certificate upon completion of registration.
5-year warranty
Duravit offers a voluntary five-year guarantee on selected products. For sanitary ceramics, acrylic ware, and solid surface furniture, Duravit guarantees that these products will be free of material, manufacturing or construction defects for the duration of the guarantee. The state of the art in science and technology at the time of production is decisive.
Duravit will, at its own discretion and expense, either repair or replace any defective products. Duravit is entitled to commission a plumber to carry out the services under these warranty conditions.
The defective product will be replaced or repaired by supplying a new product of the same type and quality free of charge. If the defective product is no longer being manufactured at the time of the warranty claim, Duravit reserves the right to supply an equivalent product. After a replacement, the defective products become the property of Duravit.
