In Duravit's Rimless toilets, the open rim design enables an innovative water flow: the resulting powerful flush guarantees perfect and hygienically flawless cleaning results, even with 4.5 liters. And thanks to the open and easily accessible rim area, the basin is much easier to keep clean.

In the DuraStyle series, the wooden shelf is placed on the ceramic and screwed on, optionally with recesses for towels at the front or side. A water-resistant plywood is used for the shelf, which is bonded to the ceramic. The edges also remain permanently water-resistant thanks to treatment with a solvent-free oil.

In heavily used sanitary facilities, generously sized, functional, easy-to-clean vanity units are needed for multiple users. With console solutions featuring under-fixed washbasins, ceramic and wood can be seamlessly bonded thanks to the innovative Bonded technology – for a visually and haptically seamless transition.

Because every construction-related opening on the ceramic surface offers bacteria an unwanted target, vanities are available with and without overflow, especially for use in areas that are subject to special hygienic requirements. Vero, Architec, DuraStyle, Starck 3 and D-Code series vanities are also available with a hygienically sealed overflow channel.

The Architec series vanity does not extend vertically to the wall, but diagonally into the room. This idea is as unconventional as it is ingenious – because it minimizes the projection, while still providing a generous storage area. The Architec diagonal vanity is an ideal solution for rooms with limited square footage.

The easier it is to clean a product, the better – especially in larger sanitary facilities – as in the industrial sector. That is why the hidden surfaces of all WCs with a rim are completely glazed. This makes them particularly easy to clean: it prevents dirt and residues from collecting and guarantees an optimal water flow over the entire flushing surface.

In semi-public areas such as industrial facilities, space-saving ideas are particularly important. The urinal program includes many models that take up pleasingly little space. Like the urinals in the Starck 3 series: available with either a top- or rear-mounted inlet, with matching dividers or with a target fl ight, they offer a suitable solution for all requirements.

Equipped with an electronic control unit, the intelligent Utronic urinal performs a touch-free and fully automatic flush after each use. Passing persons or objects do not trigger an unwanted flush. The compact form and the unobtrusive placement of the control unit in the lower area of the urinal offer greater protection against vandalism.

Using our resources more consciously is the top priority today. With the waterless urinals Architec Dry and DuraStyle Dry, Duravit is making an important contribution. Not only is water saved: since no water supply lines, faucets or flushing water are required for operation, the urinals offer themselves as a cost-saving alternative in every respect.

Who can hit the fly in the urinal? A small psychological trick with a large "hit rate": the fly as a target ensures shorter cleaning times and thus greater cleanliness and hygiene in public and semi-public areas.

The Architec urinal is available with either a classic flushing rim or a modern flushing nozzle. Three different flushing programs can be set: standard flushing with 3 l, automatic change between standard flushing and reduced flushing with only 1.2 l, and the eco program, in which a standard flush is triggered only every 15 minutes.

With its flat back wall, the urinal covers up the unwanted drill holes, drains and supply lines of its predecessors. The flexible connection hose can be used to reach existing connections in the cavity behind. The vertical outlet pipe can be shortened to suit to avoid complicated new installations for pre-installed drains.

The electrolytically polished steel screen protects against anything that doesn't belong in a urinal and could clog the drain. Easy to remove and just as easy to clean.

The WonderGliss coating, which is fired onto the ceramic, reduces the surface area available for dirt to cling to: the smooth surface prevents dirt and limescale from adhering, and any residue simply washes off with the water. Ceramics with WonderGliss coatings stay smooth and clean for much longer and are therefore extremely easy to clean. All you need is a soft cloth and gentle cleaning agent.
