Mennica Legacy Tower
Reference summary
The subtle curves, the division of the façade and the fully glazed, 13-meter-high main lobby contribute to the lightness and dynamism of the building, making it an interesting element of the modern skyline of the Wola district.
Mennica Legacy Tower is located in the central business district and is divided into a 32-storey tower on the southeast side and a smaller eight-storey building on the west side of the site. The higher building has a 12-metre-high lobby with a cable-supported canopy in which transparent glazing blurs the boundary between inside and outside. The structured, saw-tooth-like facades emphasize the rounded corners and give the building a constantly changing appearance, depending on the observer's perspective.
The tower boasts an iconic feature: the southeast corner rises in three-story steps outward, creating an opening to the sky. A sloping privacy screen at the top of the building accentuates the profile.
With an impressive 140 meters in height and approximately 65,000 square meters of office space, the project meets the highest standards of functionality. Users benefit from amenities such as a fitness and conference center, a restaurant and café, as well as retail stores on the ground floors. Between the two buildings, there is a large open space that offers plenty of room for outdoor seating and a variety of landscaping.
With a high degree of functionality and timeless design, Duravit products from the ME by Starck, Starck 3, Foster and DuraStyle series blend into the striking overall appearance of the building.
