Processing of Notifications (in particular under the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) and the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG))
Receipt of the notification will be confirmed.
Notifications are treated with a high priority. The duration of processing depends on the scope of the violation or the reported facts. Processing may take some time. However, Duravit AG endeavors to process every report as quickly as possible.
Basic principles for submitting tips and processing reports at Duravit AG:
Duravit AG and its subsidiaries (hereinafter "Duravit") do not tolerate corruption, money laundering or violations of competition law. Furthermore, Duravit does not tolerate any violations of applicable law. If violations nevertheless occur within the company or within the supply chains, a consistent response is taken. We oblige our suppliers to comply with the applicable law and with our Code of Conduct. As a company, we place great importance on ensuring that our suppliers and business partners respect and apply these principles.

Prohibition of discrimination against whistleblowers (HinSchG)
Discrimination against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Duravit undertakes to protect whistleblowers to the best of its ability and in accordance with the respective applicable law. For this purpose, anonymous reports are possible if they do not conflict with applicable law.
