The name "One Thousand Museum" alludes to its privileged location across from Museum Park at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard. This architectural masterpiece, designed by Zaha Hadid, who died in 2016, is particularly characterized by the harmonious fusion of futuristic design and organic elements that is typical of her work. The most striking feature of the 216-meter-high structure is the curved white concrete exoskeleton that winds impressively around the building, creating an interesting contrast with the faceted, crystal-like façade.

The design represents both structural and architectural fluidity. The structure becomes thicker or thinner as needed, creating a continuity between architecture and construction.

The 62-storey skyscraper comprises a total of 83 luxury apartments with first-class facilities and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding Miami skyline, Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

In line with Zaha's innovative vision, the luxury bathrooms in the One Thousand Museum are equipped with high-quality sanitary ware from Duravit - including the DuraStyle, Starck 3 and Starck 2 series, which emphasize the modern ambience. In the marbled master bathrooms, the sleek, minimalist forms of the Starck 3 built-in basins, for example, emphasize the high-end look, while the Starck 2 wall-mounted toilets adorn the upscale guest bathrooms.

Urban retreat

All apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious terrace with fantastic views of the sea and the skyline. Thanks to the innovative design, the apartments offer a maximum living space, which also follows the futuristic style of the building. Muted tones such as white, black and gray define the luxurious furnishings and underline the avant-garde ambience, while curved decorative elements and parquet floors convey a sense of comfort. The aqua center, the spa and the in-house beauty salon provide noble comfort, while the lounge, various function rooms and communal terraces invite you to a cozy get-together.
