Duravit attaches great importance to precision and sustainability in its development and manufacturing processes. We are so confident in the quality of our products that we now offer a Lifetime warranty on our ceramics.
Simply register your product within 3 months of purchase and receive your personal Warranty certificate. Should there ever be a material, manufacturing, or design defect, you can conveniently submit your claim online. In the event of a Warranty claim, Duravit will also cover the costs of installation and removal.

Duravit offers a standard 2-year Warranty—after registration, we will extend this free of charge to a total of 3 years. Simply fill out the following form. You will receive your personal Warranty certificate immediately afterward.
5-year warranty
Duravit offers a voluntary five-year guarantee on selected products. For sanitary ceramics, bathtubs and shower trays (except whirlpool tubs), toilet seats (except shower WCs and shower WC attachments), faucets, installation systems, bathroom furniture and accessories, Duravit guarantees that these products will be free of material, manufacturing or construction defects for the duration of the guarantee. The state of the art in science and technology at the time of production is decisive.
Duravit will, at its own discretion and expense, either repair or replace any defective products. Duravit is entitled to commission a plumber to carry out the services under these warranty conditions.
The defective product will be replaced or repaired by supplying a new product of the same type and quality free of charge. If the defective product is no longer being manufactured at the time of the warranty claim, Duravit reserves the right to supply an equivalent product. After a replacement, the defective products become the property of Duravit.
