Duravit AG and Stephan Patrick Tahy End Collaboration by Mutual Agreement

Hornberg, April 7, 2026 – Duravit AG and its CEO, Stephan Patrick Tahy, have mutually agreed to end their collaboration and pursue separate paths.

The Supervisory Board and the owners of Duravit AG expressly thank Mr. Tahy for his extensive commitment and the numerous strategic contributions he made to the company during his tenure. Following open and constructive discussions between the Supervisory Board, the owners, and Mr. Tahy, it was jointly concluded that their visions for the company's future strategic direction no longer aligned. Against this backdrop, both parties have mutually agreed to terminate their collaboration at an appropriate time.

Duravit AG will provide information regarding the future composition of the company's management team in due course. Until then, the area will be managed on an interim basis and responsibilities will be shared among the existing members of the Executive Board: Martin Winkle (CFO), Thomas Stammel (COO), and Michael Demmer (CTPO).
