We are always looking for interested people who want to learn more and, above all, improve their skills. During your studies, you will have the opportunity to complete your mandatory internship at Duravit, write your thesis, or take on a practical working student position. All three options will give you the space you need to upgrade your personal skills. And if you are coming from further away, we can also offer you affordable accommodation.

Your student internship

Mandatory internships allow you to gain initial professional experience and acquire specific skills in everyday business life. If you do this at Duravit, you will benefit from the expertise of one of the best-known companies in the German SME sector. As part of an international team with a presence in over 120 countries, you will actively support us in designing sustainable and sophisticated bathroom solutions. Internships last between three and six months and take place in the IT, technical, and commercial departments of our long-established company in Hornberg.

Bachelor's and master's theses

You're almost done with your studies and about to graduate. If you like, we can help you overcome the final hurdle together. We will support and guide you through your thesis, from brainstorming to final draft. During your four- to six-month assignment at our headquarters in Hornberg, you will benefit from the combined expertise of numerous colleagues who will be on hand to offer advice and assistance as you write your bachelor's or master's thesis.

Working student position

Would you like to gain practical experience during your studies and ideally finance a significant part of your education? We'd love to have you! Unlike a student internship, you can be part of the team for a longer period of time and flexibly distribute your working hours in consultation with your department. You will still get to know the day-to-day work and projects of a German global player intensively through your diverse range of tasks and activities. And along the way, you will also make your first important professional contacts.
