  • Light and space.

The single-family house on a street corner in Paris combines state-of-the art domestic technology with ecology. The light and
spacious interior was designed by the architect Pablo Katz. The garage is located in the base and the upper part of the building is characterised by open rooms and a reduced choice of materials: exposed concrete, light oak floors and the colour white make their unmistakeable mark on the interior. The visual spaciousness of the interior is attributable to the consequent lines of sight and flowing transitions. In the sleeping area, the bathtub is located in a window niche and is actually part of the bedroom. A more exclusive view over the rooftops of Paris can, however, be enjoyed by those who treat themselves to a bath in the Sundeck pool on the timber-clad roof terrace.
